Instructions Green coffee diamond:

An hour before breakfast, dissolve 1 sachet of Green Coffee diamond in 80 ml - 100 ml of boiling water. Optionally add sweetener and/or milk according to taste. Drink the coffee while still warm. After the cup of coffee, wait for 20 minutes before starting breakfast.

 Tips for using Green coffee diamond:

• It is recommended to drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
• The prescribed dosage should not be exceeded.
• Eat 3 meals a day. You may feel less hungry, but it's important you don't skip any meals. Instead of skipping meals, it's better to eat smaller portions. 
• Extra exercise such as cardio training or fitness will result in faster results and extra definition of the body. (tighter body, better muscle visibility).
